What you’ll do

Partner with stakeholders and leadership to develop and execute a strategic vision for technical sales enablement that elevates the capabilities of solution architects

Engage with product teams to understand Stripe’s evolving product suite and deliver enablement to technical sales teams

Collaborate with GTM and Product teams to understand use-cases, solutions, and technical requirements for targeted enablement

Design and deliver onboarding programs, ongoing training, and just-in-time resources to keep technical sales teams at the cutting edge

Identify skill gaps and partner cross-functionally to build enablement programs that improve satisfaction, productivity, and revenue

Create scalable content to package technical product information, solution architectures, and selling strategies

Establish KPIs and analytics to measure enablement impact and inform data-driven decisions

Ensure content stays up-to-date with product, engineering, and GTM needs

Prepare for upcoming product releases to ensure readiness

Provide centralized tools, collateral, and support to frontline teams

Cultivate a community of practitioners and incorporate best practices

Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to maintain Stripe’s technical edge

Contribute to the global Sales Enablement strategy and partner with technical sales leadership

Who you are We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. Preferred qualifications are a bonus.

Minimum Requirements

11+ years of experience in a technical sales enablement role for global organizations offering payments or SaaS-based solutions

Ability to translate complex technical concepts for a sales audience

Track record designing and delivering effective enablement programs that drive sales improvements

Strong project management with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and presentation skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building across the organization

Passion for continuous learning and a solutions-oriented mindset

Experience with content creation, curation, and knowledge management platforms

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced degree or certificate in enablement

Deep familiarity with Stripe’s product suite

Stripe implementation experience

Experience as a pre-sales Solutions Architect/Solutions Engineer

Work arrangement Hybrid work at Stripe. The role may be based in an office or remote location (35+ miles / 56+ km from a Stripe office).

Location and travel Remote-friendly within stated geographic constraints; occasional in-person collaboration as needed.

Compensation and benefits The annual base salary range for this role is shown as part of the US compensation framework. The OTE range and benefits may include equity, bonuses or commissions, 401(k), medical/dental/vision, and wellness stipends. Salary ranges may vary by location and experience, and will be refined during the interview process.
