Your responsibilities
The opportunity is for an experienced Senior Manager in Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management applications. This role focuses on evaluation, design, customization and optimization of Digital and Cloud-based solutions. The Senior Manager will collaborate with EY groups with digital capabilities to pursue and deliver engagements and translate client digital vision and strategy into implemented solutions. Most of your time will be embedded with clients, providing a unique business perspective on innovation and competitiveness in a changing digital landscape. Key responsibilities
Evaluate, design, customize and optimize Oracle Cloud SCM solutions. Lead and collaborate with EY teams to pursue and deliver digital engagements that bring client digital vision to life. Skills and attributes for success
Develop cohesive, compelling strategic visions for clients that guide their overall business plans. Communicate strategic visions to clients and socialize the strategy with business development teams. Assess client business models and identify new revenue opportunities within brand, market, user, financial, and technology constraints. Collaborate with EY design, architecture, technology and cross-service line teams to deeply integrate business requirements into the user experience. Participate in leading business development opportunities. Contribute to domain expertise and EY acumen through first-party research. Maintain points of view across Americas Consulting sectors and digital capabilities from 3rd party sources and EY experiences. Partner with client services to grow key large accounts and ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications
Bachelors degree and 8+ years of related work experience. 8+ years of experience in at least three areas with a focus on ERP software solutions, including solution architecture, SCM software solutions, digital supply chain e-commerce, content management, big data and analytics, cloud technology delivery, knowledge management software, user experience and design, and emerging collaborative solutions including content management and enterprise data migration. 5+ years of significant technical and functional experience with Oracle Cloud ERP (Supply Chain Management). Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills. Willingness to travel based on client needs. Preferred: Degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS; Masters degree in one of these areas; Oracle certifications. What we look for

Comprehensive compensation and benefits package; base salary ranges: $171,600$392,100 (US); $205,900$445,700 in NYC Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento). Salary determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography; Total Rewards includes medical/dental, pension and 401(k), and paid time off options. Hybrid model: most client-facing roles are in-person 4060% of the time over the engagement. Flexible vacation policy; paid holidays and leave options for personal/family care and other needs.
