Overview
Oracle Services - Oracle SCM Senior Manager – Tech Consulting. This role focuses on the evaluation, design, customization and optimization of Digital and Cloud-based solutions within Oracle Cloud ERP, with emphasis on Supply Chain Management. The Senior Manager will collaborate with EY groups to pursue and deliver digital engagements, translating client digital vision into actionable solutions. Responsibilities
Lead evaluation, design, customization and optimization of Oracle Cloud SCM/ERP solutions. Embed with client teams to provide a unique business perspective on innovation and competitiveness. Partner with EY design, architecture, technology and cross-service line teams to ensure business requirements are integrated into the user experience. Lead and participate in business development opportunities; contribute to domain expertise and EY acumen through first‑party research. Support pursuit of digital engagements and delivery of digital solutions aligned with client strategy. Engage with client services to grow key accounts and ensure client satisfaction. Develop cohesive, compelling strategic visions for clients and help socialize them within the organization. Assess client business models to identify new revenue opportunities within constraints of brand, market, user, financial and technology factors. Collaborate with EY teams to ensure business requirements are deeply integrated into the user experience. Contribute to business development and thought leadership; maintain POVs across EY sectors and digital capabilities. Maintain knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, and industry-relevant experiences. Travel willingness based on client needs. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of related experience. 8+ years in at least three ERP-related areas with a focus on Oracle Cloud ERP/SCM, digital supply chain, and related technologies. 5+ years of significant Oracle Cloud ERP (SCM) experience; strong written/verbal communication, client service and technical writing skills. Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking and industry-relevant consulting experience. 5+ years working in Oracle Cloud ERP (Supply Chain Management). Willingness to travel based on client needs. Ideally,
degree emphasis in Computer Science/IT/Computer Engineering; MIS master’s degree preferred. Oracle certifications highly preferred. What We Look For
