Job Description: Atlassian is seeking a Principal Strategy and Business Operations who will partner directly with leaders in our Enterprise Foundations organization. Enterprise Foundations aims to provide a robust and reliable cloud platform that meets the complex needs of enterprise customers, facilitating their transition to and success in the cloud environment. You are a good fit if you are driven, highly organized, analytical and have strong business acumen. The Strategy & Business Operations team works closely with business leaders across the company, taking a lead role in driving strategy, growth, and business operations. You’ll own projects from inception to execution and delivery, ensuring that the strategies you develop are creative and offer high-quality and impactful recommendations to business partners. Partner directly with product, go-to-market, analytics and finance teams to help prioritize product roadmaps, deliver strategic recommendations and analyses, and develop product strategies that drive growth for the business Drive strategic and data-driven decision-making and inform business decisions through financial & analytical modeling, research and insights Define appropriate goals/OKRs to track progress against strategic objectives Keep a tight pulse on business performance and reporting, including quarterbacking a cross-functional team to diagnose problems when they occur On Your First Day, We\'ll Expect You To Have
Have 10+ years experience in high growth software / tech industry in BizOps and/or consulting, investment banking roles Contribute to executive level decision making, including articulately presenting and debating recommendations Be a self-starter and drive work from idea to analysis, recommendation and, at times, to implementation Enjoy working with numbers and both understand the details and see / communicate the bigger picture Break down complex problems and take a hypothesis-driven approach to problem solving Be comfortable with ambiguity and bring a structured approach to decision-making Proficiency in financial modelling and building revenue and cost drivers Be intellectually curious and genuinely excited about technology It\'s Great, But Not Required Of You To Have
Industry experience in SaaS or platform business models Experience using SQL for analysis Knowledge of BI tools and technologies (e.g. Tableau) Qualifications
Compensation
Base pay ranges for new hires in the United States geographic pay zones are: Zone A: $180,000 - $235,000 Zone B: $162,000 - $211,500 Zone C: $149,400 - $195,050 This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
