As a general manager of a car wash, your primary responsibility is to deliver an exceptional customer experience to establish your site as the top choice locally. You will oversee the hiring, employee development, sales, and all manner of problem solving. Additionally, you will have full P&L responsibility. Operations Management: Supervise and coordinate daily car wash operations, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow management. Operations Management: Ensure that the facility is properly maintained, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. Operations Management: Communicate effectively with our maintenance team to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance. Operations Management: Identify best practices and contribute to the development of standard processes. Operations Management: Monitor the quality of services provided to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues that arise promptly. Financial Management: Assist in the development of annual budgets, including revenue targets, operating expenses, and capital expenditures. Financial Management: Monitor financial performance regularly, analyze financial reports, and take appropriate actions to achieve profitability goals. Financial Management: Implement cost control measures to optimize operational efficiency and reduce expenses. Financial Management: Engage the community to identify opportunities for revenue growth and implement strategies to increase sales and customer retention (e.g., local partnerships, fundraisers, fleet accounts, etc.). Financial Management: Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, inventory, and sales data. Staff Management and Training: Recruit, hire, train, and supervise car wash staff.
