Responsibilities
Define and execute business development strategies across the assigned territory
Identify and pursue high-value opportunities and strategic partnerships
Lead negotiations and long-term contract development
Collaborate with product, operations, and finance teams to align solutions
Represent Kuehne+Nagel in industry conferences and client engagements
Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform strategy
Drive RFQ and contract negotiations with a focus on long-term value
Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value customers
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in freight forwarding sales, with a focus on sea freight
Proven ability in hunting for new business development opportunities and highly strategic sales opportunities in sea freight forwarding
Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills
Deep understanding of global logistics markets and customer needs
