Overview
Business Development Representative - Cash Management at Arc. You will work with the Cash Management team to identify and engage companies seeking cash management and financing solutions, partnering with Relationship Managers to drive growth for Arcs cash management platform. Responsibilities
Perform 100+ activities daily across email, phone, and LinkedIn to target qualified CFOs and CEOs at companies likely to need Arcs cash management solution. Qualify inbound borrowers from various channels. Schedule 12+ meetings per week for the Relationship Manager team. Create 6+ opportunities per week for the Relationship Manager team. Attend client calls, take notes, and manage part of client follow-up communications. Ensure deals stay on track by routinely following up with active leads and opportunities. Help document key processes, improve forecast, and increase sales velocity to refine the SDR motion. Continually learn about debt products and sales methodology. Qualifications
Experience in a cold outbound prospecting role. Some familiarity with finance and banking (academic, professional, or otherwise). Ability to wear multiple hats and prioritize in a dynamic, high-growth environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work quickly with little oversight. Strong self-management, drive, organizational skills, and ownership mindset. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. What We Bring
