What you’ll do

Player/coach leading all partnerships & partner marketing efforts for Arc across both Cash Management and Capital Markets. Helping us build a generational brand, accelerate distribution through partners, and meaningfully contribute to the growth and culture of the organization.

Own the day‑to‑day execution of Arc’s partnerships strategy – sourcing, negotiating, and launching new partners.

Manage and deepen relationships with existing partners, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring high engagement, performance, and mutual value creation.

Lead co‑marketing and co‑selling initiatives with partners, including joint launches, content, events, webinars, and sales enablement.

Plan and execute partner events and field marketing.

Build and maintain partnership performance reporting, tracking sourced pipeline, revenue contribution, and partner activity.

Partner closely with Sales, Capital Markets, Marketing, Product, and Finance to ensure partnerships are tightly aligned to go‑to‑market strategy and revenue goals.

Serve as the internal owner for partner execution, coordinating across legal, compliance, operations, and marketing to get deals live quickly.

Develop and continuously refine repeatable partnership playbooks, including outreach strategies, partner tiers, enablement materials, and activation workflows.

What you bring

4+ years of experience, with experience in partnerships strategy and go‑to‑market a plus. Experience in B2B Fintech/SaaS preferred.

A deep understanding of market trends and customer needs, with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.

Proven ability to drive performance outcomes and analyze the success of partnerships efforts to continuously optimise strategy.

High level of resourcefulness and a track record of pushing pace and driving both short‑ and long‑term priorities.

A knack for operations; proven ability to build repeatable processes and playbooks.

A natural collaborator; skilled at bringing out the best in the people you manage and partner with every day.

Excellent communication skills and ability to build influence at all levels and across all functions within the organization to rally behind shared goals.
