Our clients enter a market through acquisition, hire a leader to be its champion for growth (the Market President), and begin to rapidly scale the local market. The goal is for the Market President to grow into the market leader responsible for multiple companies. This PE client is a top-decile private equity fund with a long history of successful investments in professional, residential, and tech services. This specific holding company is an investment out of its 9th fund, which will have about $4.5 billion of committed capital and focuses on acquiring and growing residential home services companies. Leaders at the firm are experienced PE operators, with past leadership hires including military veterans with strong leadership skills and execution abilities. This is an opportunity to be a Market President at one of the company’s partner brands. The Market President will oversee day-to-day operations of a geography, drive growth and performance, create an engaging workplace culture, and develop staff and management toward world-class operating standards. You will own the full operating P&L of a specific geography in the continental US and will drive organic growth of the business. You will be supported by regional presidents, partner services teams, and adjacent business leaders. Additional primary responsibilities will include: Successful integration of tuck-in acquisitions in your market area Hiring and managing business leaders within your company Partnering with peer leaders to share best practices across the platform Collaborating with peers and leadership to drive performance Your Professional Qualifications: Strong academic profile.
