Senior Solution Engineer – AI Business Process , you will specialize in one of the following categories:
Finance & Supply Chain, Power Platform, and/or Sales & Services
depending on your experience. You will play a pivotal role in helping enterprise AI developers unlock the full potential of Microsoft’s AI-powered stack across every stage of the development lifecycle. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering leaders and platform teams to accelerate Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and AI through hands-on engagements like Proof of Concepts (PoC), hackathons, and architecture workshops. This opportunity will allow you to accelerate your career growth, develop deep business acumen, hone your technical skills, and become adept at solution design and deployment. As a trusted technical advisor, you’ll guide customers through secure, scalable solution design, influence technical decisions, and accelerate AI applications and agents into their development workflows. In summary, you’ll help customers modernize their applications by leveraging AI and realize the full value of Microsoft’s platform. Responsibilities
Drive technical sales with decision makers using demos and PoCs to influence solution design and enable production deployments. Lead hands-on engagements—hackathons and architecture workshops—to accelerate adoption of Microsoft’s cloud platforms. Build trusted relationships with platform leads, co-designing secure, scalable architectures and solutions Resolve technical blockers and objections, collaborating with engineering to share insights and improve products. Maintain and grow deep expertise in AI Business Processes, specializing in Finance & Supply Chain, Power Platform, and/or Sales & Services. Represent Microsoft through thought leadership in developer communities and customer forums. Other

Required Qualifications
5+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR a master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience 4+ years of experience showcasing the value and demonstrating capabilities of one or more of the following cloud-based systems: Dynamics 365, Finance & Supply Chain, Sales/Service/Field Services and/or similar AI-powered CRM and ERP business applications Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio and/or similar suite of low-code tools to create intelligent agents for business processes 4+ years of experience leading architecture discussions and technical engagements (e.g., ideation workshops, hackathons, PoCs, MVPs) that drive production-scale outcomes. Familiarity with application of Zero Trust Principles Other Requirements

8+ years technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or technology delivery, or related experience OR equivalent experience. 6+ years of experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management. Certification in relevant technologies or disciplines (e.g., Office 365, Power BI, Azure Architect and Development exams, Cloud Platform Technologies, Information Security, Architecture). Knowledge of commercial cloud offerings (Microsoft’s cloud platform and/or knowledge of other business applications solutions and related ecosystems). Compensation
IC4: The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year. IC5: The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year.
