What You'll Do
In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Lead store initiatives to ensure a successful and smooth operation. Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success. Responsibilities
Hire, train, and supervise store staff to meet performance and guest service standards. Monitor and drive store performance against financial goals and company standards. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational policies. Qualifications
High school diploma required. Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius and to work a flexible schedule, including weekends. Food Safety: Serve Safe certified. Benefits
