In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Lead store activities to ensure success, including adherence to company policies and standards. Participate in an 8 or more weeks store leadership training program to prepare for success. Qualifications
High school diploma required Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends Food Safety: Serve Safe certified Benefits

Pay Range: $29.50 per hour - $32.50 per hour. Within the range, pay is determined by location and experience. Panda makes no guarantee of bonus earnings and reserves the right to modify or terminate bonus programs at any time.
