The Data, Digital and Technology (DD&T) Sr. AI Product Owner manages product delivery for GenAI-powered digital agents within the Digital Partner Product Line. He/she is responsible for day-to-day development and alignment of delivery to the strategic vision. These agents aim to optimize administrative workflows, improve employee productivity in interactions with DD&T, Finance & Procurement, and other service functions, and improve accessibility and usability of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across business functions. Role Objectives

The Product Owner leads product initiatives within the Digital Partner portfolio, interacts with multiple product owners, platform owners, business owners, and process subject matter experts to promote a unified vision. Focus is on delivery, release plans, and communicating progress to stakeholders. They have end-to-end responsibility for defining and prioritizing requirements (stories) in the backlog and accepting completed stories. Responsibilities

Manage key relationships between stakeholders and DD&T to deliver business opportunities and outcomes, and drive continuous delivery of value using agile product lifecycle management—from prototyping to development, optimization, renewals, and terminations. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and evaluate new use cases based on business value and user impact; translate needs into actionable solutions with solution architects, platform owners, and application owners; gather detailed user stories with acceptance criteria; prioritize features aligned with strategic goals and resource constraints; work with SCRUM teams to ensure efficient execution; orchestrate user testing and iteratively improve. Proactively monitor and maintain end-to-end customer/business experiences and influence stakeholders to support successful product releases. Partner with platform and application teams to identify optimal technologies and resources and to improve service processes, user experiences, and application optimization aligned with business stakeholders. Work with communications, change, and training specialists to align messaging, promote new features, and support training materials and sessions for users. Accountabilities

Customer Relationship Management:

Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate how the product meets business priorities, work with partners in business functions, technology, data, and the ecosystem, identify high-priority issues, communicate issues and successes across teams, and create artifacts to inform teams and stakeholders. Product Delivery:

Define the product offering in terms of benefits and customer journeys; build and prioritize a backlog of user stories; lead requirement definition; conduct and lead requirement-gathering sessions; participate in planning and ensure successful releases; scope releases given resource constraints; drive continuous improvement. Facilitation:

Build and maintain a prioritized backlog; ensure correct understanding of requirements; coordinate with scrum master, business analysts, engineers, testers, and designers; participate in sprint planning; synchronize with other teams on cross-team tasks; develop a strategic customer engagement plan and enable customer launch readiness. Qualifications

Technical Expertise & Skills

Ability to operate within core technologies required by the product (e.g., artificial intelligence, machine learning). Technical proficiency with Generative AI, NLP, and integration with platforms like RPA tools and APIs. Strong understanding of machine learning concepts such as NLP and model fine-tuning. Excellent Agile and SCRUM practices and tools (e.g., SAFe, Jira) with backlog and sprint management. Knowledge of design thinking practices (Personas, Journey Mapping, Rapid Prototyping) and ability to explain complex problems simply. Experience with requirements definition and backlog, epic, and story management. Working knowledge of AWS or Azure, SQL and relational databases, modern APIs, microservices, and component-based systems. Hands-on experience with testing and evaluating GenAI systems for accuracy, bias, and performance metrics; awareness of methods to mitigate hallucinations and ensure ethical AI use. Proficiency with tools for AI evaluation, data analysis, and automation; bonus familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance for AI solutions; bonus knowledge of enterprise systems like SAP, Veeva CRM, ServiceNow, and SOP management tools. Experience

Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field. 7+ years of experience owning and delivering digital products across the enterprise. Certificate in Digital Product Management or related discipline. Proven experience in product ownership/management, specifically with AI-powered solutions, automation, or digital assistants. Strong business acumen and understanding of high-quality digital product delivery; excellent written and verbal communication; enterprise knowledge.
