Leads Product Management for one or more platforms Defines users, creates and maintains user stories, and develops and prioritizes functional requirements for new or revised features or enhancements Develops manageable deliverables, milestones, and development schedules from large or complex user stories Estimates release dates and modifies schedule as required Establishes acceptance criteria for user stories, develops test cases, and approves stories May assist product marketing in defining the target market, developing marketing materials, or understanding the product value proposition Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Related field 7+ years of experience in a similar position Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I & II) Product Vision & Roadmapping: Ability to define and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with business goals Value Prioritization: Focus on maximizing business and customer value through clear prioritization frameworks (e.g., MoSCoW, WSJF) Market and Customer Understanding: Deep empathy for users, industry trends, and competitive landscape Outcome-Driven Mindset: Emphasis on KPIs, OKRs, and measurable outcomes rather than just outputs Backlog Management: Create and maintain a well-groomed, prioritized product backlog User Story Writing: Craft clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria Sprint Planning & Reviews: Lead Agile ceremonies to align development teams with customer value delivery Incremental Delivery: Ensure regular releases of valuable features through iterative development Cross-functional Leadership: Act as the voice of the customer while balancing input from business, design, and engineering Influencing Without Authority: Guide stakeholders, resolve conflicts, and gain consensus on priorities Customer Advocacy: Champion customer feedback loops (e.g., interviews, NPS, surveys) into the product lifecycle Executive Communication: Present roadmaps, trade-offs, and progress updates clearly to leadership teams Mentorship: Coach junior product owners, business analysts, or scrum teams on best practices Decision-Making: Confidently make prioritization and trade-off decisions under ambiguity Change Agent: Lead through influence during Agile transformations or organizational shifts Technical Understanding: Not coding-level, but must grasp architecture, APIs, integrations, and platform limitations Data Literacy: Ability to interpret dashboards, experiment with A/B testing, and apply metrics to decision-making Tool Proficiency: Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Miro, Figma, and analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, Mixpanel) Demonstrated strong organizational skills to meet tight deadlines and coordinate, prioritize, and communicate project statuses Project management skills Ability to build collaborative relationships and work as part of a team Decision-making skills Oral and written communication skills Analytical thinking skills Performs work with a high degree of latitude Handles moderate/complex issues Benefits
