We are seeking a highly motivated Director of GTM Analytics and Intelligence to help scale our analytics capabilities and drive strategic insights across our Go-To-Market (GTM) operations.

The Global GTM Planning and Strategy team at Cloudflare aims to support our high growth Sales and Revenue through data-driven decisions. We focus on thoughtful planning of sales capacity, segmentation, territory carving, quota setting, and compensation design while ensuring clear rules of engagement for our Sales Team. Our goal is to establish a cohesive, consistent process framework that can support high growth and enable the Company’s Strategy.

What you'll do

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Cloudflare’s GTM data-driven strategy. You will lead a high-performing team to deliver actionable insights, enhance business performance, and drive revenue growth. This is a unique opportunity to build and scale a world-class analytics function in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a highly skilled professional leader to join our team.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Establish the GTM analytics and operational strategy, aligning with overall business objectives

Team Development: Build, manage, and mentor data analysts, data scientists, and visualization experts, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Hands-On Expertise: Utilize advanced analytical tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Looker Studio, and data science methodologies to deliver sophisticated insights and solutions.

Data Visualization: Create compelling, actionable visualizations that inform and influence executive decision-making.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to provide insights that optimize performance and align GTM strategies.

Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and dashboards to track GTM effectiveness, identify opportunities, and drive data-informed decisions.

Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to improve data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across the organization, ensuring a single source of truth.

Provide expert guidance and analytical support to sales and GTM operations team members and executives.

Create a 3-year maturity model, get alignment from leadership and execute on the planned and aligned analytics roadmap.

Desirable Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

Experience: 10+ years in GTM analytics, Sales operations and at least 3 years in a leadership role managing senior teams.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in analytical tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Looker Studio, and strong knowledge of data science principles and practices.

Visualization Expertise: Proven ability to create impactful data visualizations and dashboards that drive business outcomes.

Leadership: Strong track record of building and scaling high-performing teams in a fast-growing environment.

Business Acumen: Deep understanding of GTM strategies and the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.

Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership.

Masters Degree in Business or Data Science or Analytics strongly preferred.

Compensation

Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location.

For Bay Area based hires: Estimated annual salary of $254,000 - $310,000

For New York and Seattle based hires: Estimated annual salary of $245,000 - $299,000
