Base Salary $85,000 to $110,000 (commensurate with experience). Bonus Plan: Performance-based bonus potential up to 15%. Vehicle Allowance or Company Car Provided to visit job sites. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). 5+ years of experience in construction estimating, preferably in commercial and industrial projects. Proficiency with estimating software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools. Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with strong attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams, clients, and subcontractors. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
Estimating and Cost Analysis Bid Preparation and Coordination Collaboration and Communication Documentation and Reporting Process Improvement Compliance and Risk Management Ensure all estimates meet legal, safety, and regulatory requirements. Identify potential risks and provide recommendations to mitigate them during the planning stages. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, industry knowledge, and excellent communication skills to contribute to the successful delivery of projects. Equal Opportunity
