Client Relationship Consultant 2 (Banker) - Woodcreek Oaks Safeway - Roseville, CA (35hrs) Base pay range: $20.00/hr - $25.77/hr Responsibilities
Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up, asking questions and learning about their financial needs and banking channel preferences. Engages clients via multiple channels (in-person, by appointment, and virtually) to provide the best possible counsel with a digital first mindset. Process basic transactions, greet clients, and develop collaborative partnerships with branch team members to best serve clients. Identify solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs by effectively engaging and communicating with clients. Open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications. Educate clients on emerging and self-service digital products and services to meet their financial needs. Leverage available resources and technologies to optimize the client experience and deliver operational excellence and accuracy. Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent Typically has a minimum three to four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training Preferred Skills/Experience
Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems Proven customer service and interpersonal skills Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies Ability to explore and identify a customer’s true needs while leveraging a digital first mindset Demonstrated basic level of proficiency in making appropriate recommendations that meet customer’s needs both reactively and proactively Experience in the financial services industry preferred Licensing
This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, with background and credit checks as part of the process. Benefits
