Overview
Senior Marketing Coordinator role at Coastal Debt Resolve focusing on analytics and creativity, helping lead cross-functional initiatives, managing campaign execution, and driving both creative and data-informed strategies. You’ll work closely with the Content Strategist, VP of Marketing, and other team members to support cohesive storytelling and effective performance across digital channels. Key Responsibilities Marketing Campaign Execution
Plan and coordinate cross-channel campaigns including email, social media, influencer, and advertising.
Own and maintain content and campaign calendars, ensuring initiatives stay on track.
Support content and messaging development in partnership with the Content Strategist and creative team.
Manage day-to-day coordination across marketing functions, with ownership of timelines, QA, and rollout.
Website Management & Optimization
Collaborate with the marketing team to keep the website updated with relevant content, images, messaging, and CTAs.
Support SEO basics (meta tags, on-page copy, linking) and landing page creation/optimization.
Coordinate with design and development resources on web updates, testing, and performance enhancements.
Social Media Management
Manage social content scheduling, posting, and community engagement across key platforms.
Coordinate with the Content Strategist to align posts with brand voice, campaigns, and calendar.
Track engagement metrics and suggest optimization strategies to increase visibility and performance.
Retention & Customer Journey Marketing
Help execute automated email journeys, webinars, loyalty campaigns, and client nurturing sequences.
Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to align messaging throughout the client lifecycle.
Assist with ongoing improvements to customer engagement and brand experience.
Influencer & Partnership Marketing
Identify and help onboard influencer and partnership opportunities that align with brand goals.
Support relationship management, creative alignment, and reporting of influencer performance.
Collaborate on co-branded content, giveaways, or special campaign initiatives.
Creative Development & Production
Partner with graphic designers on visual content for digital and print media.
Coordinate with creative agencies on video production, motion graphics, and animation deliverables.
Ensure creative outputs are aligned with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and timelines.
Performance & Reporting
Monitor marketing performance metrics via Salesforce, Google Analytics, and internal tools.
Build weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights and clear visuals.
Assist with A/B testing, segmentation performance, and conversion optimization efforts.
Balance multiple marketing projects, pivot quickly, and maintain organization across all workflows.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors to keep deliverables on track.
Communicate clearly, meet deadlines, and bring a positive, problem-solving approach to team initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
4+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a fast-paced or startup-like environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; copy editing and SEO knowledge are strong pluses.
Comfortable collaborating with graphic designers, agencies, and external creatives.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Hands-on with tools like Pardot/Marketing Cloud, Airtable, Canva; Figma and Webflow are a strong plus.

This position is exclusively onsite based out of our beautiful office in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Typical working hours are 9:30 am – 6:30 pm.
