We seek a strategic

Growth Marketing Operations Manager

that can define, implement, measure and optimize a dual marketing effort: bottom-up effort for developer product led growth and enterprise sales motions. You\'ll be responsible for building scalable systems and marketing infrastructure that can identify and convert our most promising users while maintaining the authenticity of our developer-first approach. Key Responsibilities

Marketing Operations: Own and optimize our marketing automation platform (HubSpot) for both self-service and enterprise motions Marketing Operations: Build integrations between marketing automation, CRM, product analytics, and growth tools Marketing Operations: Execute multi-channel campaigns across email, web, events, and digital advertising Marketing Operations: Implement scalable lead scoring, routing, and nurturing workflows Analytics & Performance Management

Build comprehensive analytics spanning developer journeys to enterprise account expansion Develop predictive models to identify enterprise opportunities from self-service usage patterns Create executive reporting frameworks showcasing bottom-up adoption and enterprise pipeline metrics Lead analysis of developer community expansion opportunities across platforms and frameworks Create and optimize self-service developer onboarding flows, improving time-to-value for API implementation Develop experimentation frameworks to increase API key activation rates and expand usage across the developer team Establish data-driven targeting for enterprise accounts based on API usage patterns and expansion signals Design scalable growth stack integrating product usage data with enterprise account intelligence Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Product & Engineering to optimize API key activation and usage expansion patterns Drive integration between product usage analytics and account-based targeting systems Support initiatives to convert high-usage dev teams into enterprise opportunities Qualifications

Required Experience 3-6 years in marketing ops with hands-on experience at B2B SaaS/ API-first companies Expert-level proficiency in marketing automation platforms: HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Strong experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce), analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel), and marketing tech integrations Proven track record of scaling marketing operations through significant growth phases (e.g., Series A to C, 10x user growth) Experience with both product-led growth motions and enterprise sales and marketing Growth Impact Requirements
