Anthropic is seeking a highly analytical B2B Growth Marketing Lead to join our marketing team. You'll be embedded within our B2B marketing organization, providing strategic guidance and hands-on execution across our core performance channels: SEO, paid media, and lifecycle marketing programs. Think performance marketer, but for the B2B enterprise space. In this role, you'll architect data-driven growth strategies that deliver predictable, scalable pipeline generation. You'll own the analytical frameworks that measure complex, multi-touch customer journeys and optimize channel performance. This is an opportunity to apply performance marketing rigor to enterprise B2B growth for a company at the forefront of responsible AI development.
Responsibilities
Channel Strategy & Execution: Own strategic development and tactical execution of SEO, paid media (LinkedIn, Google, 6sense/ABM platforms), and lifecycle marketing programs. Identify, evaluate, and test new channels to diversify acquisition strategies ICP Targeting & Optimization: Develop sophisticated targeting strategies to reach ICPs across channels, provide platform-specific creative guidance, and collaborate to improve MQL signals and campaign efficiency Analytics & Measurement: Partner with Data Science teams to guide attribution models and measurement frameworks. Define KPIs, interpret complex data, and communicate performance insights to stakeholders Lifecycle & Growth: Identify opportunities for lead nurturing and account expansion, optimizing customer journey progression and conversion funnels across multiple touchpoints Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing teams to optimize lead qualification, handoff processes, and go-to-market alignment
You May Be a Good Fit If You Have
10+ years of performance marketing experience in B2B software companies with deep expertise in SEO, paid media, and lifecycle marketing Strategic Leadership: Track record of building scalable growth strategies in fast-paced, high-growth technology companies outside of agency settings Enterprise B2B Focus: Proven success driving pipeline and revenue growth in complex, multi-stakeholder buying environments with significant marketing budgets Analytical Excellence: Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex data, guide measurement frameworks, and translate insights into scalable strategies Channel Expertise: Experience with account-based marketing platforms, multi-touch attribution, and optimization of sophisticated conversion funnels Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with experience influencing cross-functional teams and presenting complex performance data to senior leadership

Compensation & Logistics
Annual Salary The expected salary range for this position is: $255,000 - $320,000 USD Education requirements:
We require at least a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices. Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! If we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
