As a Senior Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist, you will take the lead on one key learning program—such as onboarding, product training, leadership & soft skill development or another critical development program—guiding its strategy, design, and execution. In this role, you’ll partner with your manager to define priorities and make key decisions that ensure the program meets business needs and supports learner success. You’ll apply your experience to deliver engaging learning experiences, consult with stakeholders, and continuously improve your program using data and feedback. Your leadership will help build a learning culture that enables both individual and organizational growth. Responsibilities

This role will lead the design and delivery of soft skills and development experiences for both emerging and current people leaders. While that will be your primary focus, we work as a collaborative team, and you may also contribute to other strategic learning initiatives—like onboarding or technical training—depending on evolving business needs. Own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of one strategic learning initiative (e.g., onboarding, product training, manager development). Collaborate with your manager to determine priorities, set goals, and make decisions that shape the direction of your program. Design and deliver engaging learning experiences—eLearning, microlearning, live sessions, guides, job aids—that reflect adult learning principles and align with business goals. Consult with business partners and subject matter experts to identify learning needs, translate them into effective solutions, and drive engagement with your program. Evaluate the effectiveness of your program using feedback, surveys, usage data, and performance metrics; make data-informed recommendations and updates. Facilitate key learning sessions, especially within the program you lead, modeling best practices in inclusive and engaging facilitation. Coordinate logistics and communications related to your program (e.g., calendars, stakeholder updates, LMS setup). Stay informed on trends in learning design, delivery, and technology to continuously enhance the effectiveness of your work. Contribute to the broader L&D team, sharing insights, collaborating on cross-functional projects, and helping maintain quality and consistency across initiatives. Contribute to fostering a culture of responsible AI adoption by promoting awareness, building confidence, and supporting learning around new tools and practices. Tools You’ll Use : Slack, Articulate Rise, Absorb LMS, Camtasia, Snag-It, Microsoft Office Suite, and additional video or content creation tools as needed. Qualifications

4+ years of experience in Learning & Development or a related field, with a strong emphasis on instructional design, facilitation, and program delivery. Proven ability to take ownership of a learning initiative, with experience making program decisions in collaboration with a manager or leader. Strong instructional design and facilitation skills across both digital and live formats. Understanding of adult learning theory, learner engagement strategies, and inclusive design practices. Experience using LMS platforms (e.g., Absorb), eLearning tools (e.g., Articulate Rise), and multimedia development tools (e.g., Camtasia). Strong communication skills and ability to work across departments and roles to drive alignment and adoption. Experience designing and delivering leadership development programs—especially mentorship or manager training—strongly preferred. Interest or experience in developing content to support AI adoption in the workplace is a plus. Comfortable using data to assess impact and continuously improve programs. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through. A proactive, learner-first mindset with a passion for creating growth experiences. A positive, solution-oriented attitude, viewing mistakes as opportunities to gain clarity, alignment, and learn. Experience collaborating across departments to achieve shared goals. Ability to identify learning needs; analyzing learning barriers, and developing creative solutions. Compensation & Benefits

Estimated Salary Range:

$75,000 - $90,000. Actual salary will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skill set and level of experience.
