Part Time Merchandise Associate at The TJX Companies, Inc. Location: USA TJ Maxx Store 1397, Redlands, CA. Starting pay range: $16.50 to $17.00 per hour. Employment type: Part-time. Responsibilities
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and upholding customer experience principles; maintain a clean and organized store environment. Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs. Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and handle cash following established procedures. Promote credit and loyalty programs. Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor per company procedures. Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and store overall. Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback; comply with labor laws, policies, and procedures. Support shrink reduction initiatives and participate in safety awareness to maintain a safe environment. Other duties as assigned. Who Were Looking For
Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule to support business needs. Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to multi-task. Able to respond appropriately to changes and unexpected situations. Capacity to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
