Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Recruiter is a field-based member of the Human Resources & Talent Acquisition team. This role directly supports hourly restaurant hiring efforts and serves as a brand ambassador in all markets, assisting in deploying recruitment programs and maintaining consistent applicant pools. Responsibilities

Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for internal and external candidates to fill current and future hourly openings, building a talent pipeline aligned with RDG’s growth strategy. Communicate with candidates throughout the onboarding process. Maintain an extensive understanding of all restaurant positions and responsibilities. Source and evaluate applications; actively source passive candidates to identify talent that aligns with RDG’s needs, brand standards, and culture. Provide regular recruitment reporting to internal stakeholders. Collaborate with the Chief People Officer and Manager, Talent Acquisition to identify future openings and develop a workforce planning model. Cultivate strong relationships with the corporate chef team to articulate current needs across venues. Build the employment brand in communities by engaging with universities, J1 programs, and community organizations to maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates. Identify experienced FOH & BOH hourly candidates; manage postings and maintain job descriptions with the restaurant team. Maintain candidate communication through start date; assist with workforce planning and budgets for new openings in collaboration with leadership. Assist HR or Talent Acquisition with other projects or tasks as needed; may be cross-utilized to assist with FOH & culinary recruitment as needed. Requirements/Qualifications

Minimum of 5+ years progressive recruiting experience within hospitality fine dining/upscale settings. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, culinary, or related field, or equivalent experience. Experience recruiting for fine dining or upscale restaurant concepts is essential. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) & HRIS such as ADP is preferred. Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Knowledge of J1 program guidelines is essential. Ability to interact effectively with all levels within the organization. Ability to handle highly sensitive information confidentially. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and sound judgment. Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred.
