$95,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Additional compensation
Annual Bonus What you’ll do
Conceptualize, plan, and produce a wide range of creative material supporting trade shows, website assets, emails, ad campaigns, web and video content, and branded materials. Drive alignment around design decisions by soliciting, synthesizing, and managing design feedback from multiple internal sources. Translate creative direction and copy points from briefs into engaging copy and creative concepts. Ensure content maintains brand consistency across channels including digital, social, advertising, and trade shows. Collaborate with Marketing & Product VPs to develop the conceptual and copy direction of branding, marketing, and advertising initiatives. Build distributor assets such as event promotional materials, sell sheets, sales sample inserts, and other assets to support distributor and direct sales teams. Work with social media and e-comm managers to develop assets for e-blasts, social ads, banner ads, and presentation decks. Partner with the Sr. Content Manager & Marketing Coordinator to maintain the digital asset library. Follow company policies and practices as outlined in the Employee Handbook and/or applicable employment agreement; follow safety guidelines and procedures as required. Perform other duties as assigned. What you’ll need
Minimum of 8 years of professional graphic design experience in an advertising or in-house creative role. Strategic thinker with the ability to solve problems and develop creative solutions that address specific business/marketing objectives. Proven experience creating and executing strategic concepts and high-quality design for multiple categories while maintaining accuracy, aesthetics, and productivity. Solid understanding of marketing and advertising principles. Expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. Experience working with established brand guidelines. Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Highly collaborative, organized, and a self-starter with a positive attitude and adaptable working style; hands-on with ability to learn quickly and multi-task. Strong organizational and time management skills; acute attention to detail. Preferred qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Media, Art, Communications, or related field. Proficiency with retouching and color correction to ensure continuity and quality. Experience with project/task management tools (e.g., Wrike or similar). Experience within the fashion/apparel industry. Employment type
