$95,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

What you’ll do
- Conceptualize, plan, and produce a wide range of creative material supporting trade shows, website assets, emails, ad campaigns, web and video content, and branded materials.
- Drive alignment around design decisions by soliciting, synthesizing, and managing design feedback from multiple internal sources.
- Translate creative direction and copy points from briefs into engaging copy and creative concepts.
- Ensure content maintains brand consistency across channels including digital, social, advertising, and trade shows.
- Collaborate with Marketing & Product VPs to develop the conceptual and copy direction of branding, marketing, and advertising initiatives.
- Build distributor assets such as event promotional materials, sell sheets, sales sample inserts, and other assets to support distributor and direct sales teams.
- Work with social media and e-comm managers to develop assets for e-blasts, social ads, banner ads, and presentation decks.
- Partner with the Sr. Content Manager & Marketing Coordinator to maintain the digital asset library.
- Follow company policies and practices as outlined in the Employee Handbook and/or applicable employment agreement; follow safety guidelines and procedures as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you’ll need
- Minimum of 8 years of professional graphic design experience in an advertising or in-house creative role.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to solve problems and develop creative solutions that address specific business/marketing objectives.
- Proven experience creating and executing strategic concepts and high-quality design for multiple categories while maintaining accuracy, aesthetics, and productivity.
- Solid understanding of marketing and advertising principles.
- Expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Experience working with established brand guidelines.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly collaborative, organized, and a self-starter with a positive attitude and adaptable working style; hands-on with ability to learn quickly and multi-task.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; acute attention to detail.
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Media, Art, Communications, or related field.
- Proficiency with retouching and color correction to ensure continuity and quality.
- Experience with project/task management tools (e.g., Wrike or similar).
- Experience within the fashion/apparel industry.
