We are seeking an experienced Senior Complex Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our Dallas office (also looking to hire in Houston). This role involves handling challenging, high-value disputes as part of a collaborative team of trial lawyers. A minimum of 10+ years of proven litigation experience is required. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage complex commercial litigation matters from intake through trial and appeal. Develop and implement litigation strategies that align with client goals. Handle discovery, depositions, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy. Advise clients as a trusted counselor on litigation risk, strategy, and resolution. Mentor and guide junior attorneys and staff on case management and litigation skills. Collaborate with colleagues across the Dallas and Houston offices on significant cases nationwide. Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials. 10+ years of experience in complex commercial litigation, including trial experience. Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar (or ability to waive in). Exceptional written, oral, and analytical skills. Proven ability to manage high-stakes cases with minimal supervision.
