What You’ll Do
Lead the digital and content creation team (designers, videographers, freelancers) to deliver high-impact creative across all channels.
Manage agency partners across performance, retention, PR, influencer, Amazon, and wholesale marketing
Build and manage budgets for all marketing channels, ensuring ROI-positive spend
Track, analyze, and present campaign performance data to refine strategies
Collaborate with product development to create go-to-market strategies for every launch, ensuring timing, assets, and messaging are aligned
Oversee coordination of launch events, photo and video shoots, and media placements
Lead cross-functional marketing meetings to align campaigns across DTC, wholesale, and creative
Mentor and grow the marketing team as Speks scales
Leadership & Strategy
Creative & Brand Marketing
Shape and evolve brand positioning and messaging across all channels
Plan and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns
Lead creative direction for product launches including concepting, packaging input, launch videos, photography, and campaign messaging
Partner with PR, affiliate, and influencer agencies to expand brand visibility
Ensure consistent brand voice across packaging, website, digital, and retail assets
Oversee the content calendar and align creative, social, and digital outputs
Support in-store marketing initiatives with packaging copy, signage, and display assets
Digital Marketing
Manage our Shopify DTC business including site optimization, promotions, merchandising, and campaigns
Lead agencies managing performance marketing (Google, Meta, TikTok) and retention marketing (Klaviyo)
Manage our Amazon seller account and other 3rd-party platforms with the support of agencies
Own all marketing KPIs and provide clear reporting to leadership
Oversee email and SMS strategy including flows, campaigns, testing, and optimization
Collaborate with ops to sync inventory, pricing, and promotions with campaigns
Stay on top of emerging platforms and digital tools to keep our marketing ahead of the curve
Wholesale & In-Store Marketing
Lead in-store marketing efforts including POP displays, signage, endcaps, planograms, and retailer-specific activations
Build launch kits and marketing materials for retailers during new product rollouts
Oversee the design and execution of trade show booths, catalogs, and other sales materials
Collaborate with the sales team to develop co-branded marketing programs with key accounts
Drive marketing efforts to thousands of global retailers
Manage our B2B wholesale site and platforms like Faire
Coordinate with international distributors to localize wholesale and in-store marketing efforts
What We’re Looking For
7+ years in marketing with proven multi-channel experience (B2B and DTC)
Hands-on expertise with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Klaviyo
Strong ability to manage both people and agencies, plus lead an in-house digital and content creation team
Ability to develop big-picture marketing strategies while also rolling up your sleeves to execute
Equal parts data-driven and brand-savvy, with the ability to hit KPIs without losing sight of storytelling
