The Strategy & Operations team is looking for an Associate Manager to reduce the cost of fraud and build solutions to protect our platform from would-be fraudsters. You’ll specifically be focused on creating our strategy and executing against ambitious goals around preventing Merchant fraud. You'll grow familiar with our three audiences — Consumers, Dashers and Merchants. Most importantly, you'll help promote the delicate balance between providing our Merchants the best experience possible while keeping bad actors at bay. About The Role

Define and implement DoorDash’s strategy for Merchant fraud and deliver direct business impact Build a framework for improved product flows for DoorDash merchants, preventing fraud while ensuring a smooth experience for good actors across onboarding and post-onboarding Enable new partnerships across DoorDash's platform – build solutions to proactively protect new partnerships from a merchant perspective Influence and engage across the company – partner with product, engineering, and analytics teams to establish goals and execute against them Improve through experimentation – use data-driven decision-making to run tests to reduce fraud while accelerating growth We\'re Excited About You Because You Have…

The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future. In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. National base pay range: $98,600—$145,000 USD DoorDash cares about you and your overall well-being. For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
