Overview

Business Process Consultant – Principal. The successful candidate will have proven experience and a track record in implementing IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management system at Nuclear facilities, using a full lifecycle software implementation methodology. Acts as a Maximo functional and Nuclear subject matter expert, working with customers in project delivery as a lead facilitator of process development workshops/meetings. The Principal consultant will develop workshop deliverables and architect, design, document, and prototype the IBM Maximo system configuration to be implemented. Principal consultants participate in development, execution, or delivery of integrated system tests, change management, training, and post go-live support. Responsibilities

Conduct and participate in workshops Document Meeting Minutes Develop Functional Requirements and Specification Documents Design and Build of User Applications End User Training Program Execution Documentation of Business Processes and Requirements End User Training Material Development Lead customers through Industry Best Practices Report Design Integration Design Quality Assurance Testing Support Change Management Activities Post Software Deployment Support Mentor and develop Junior staff Other duties as assigned Qualifications

5+ years of experience fulfilling multiple job roles on an implementation project 5+ years of functional product experience with IBM Maximo Asset Management or similar product 5+ years working in the Nuclear Industry IBM Certified Deployment Professional – Maximo Asset Management v7.5 or higher IBM Certified Associate – Maximo Asset Management v7.5 or higher Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Desired Qualifications

2+ years managing small teams on implementation projects (Project Lead positions) Experience with Waterfall and Agile software implementation methodologies (SDLC) Experience in industries such as Power Generation (Nuclear, Fossil, Renewables), Power Transmission and Distribution, Oil & Gas, Water/Wastewater, Manufacturing, Transportation Foundational ERP knowledge (SAP, Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, Lawson) Understanding of Tivoli Process Automation Engine (TPAE) Intermediate database skills (SQL on Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2) IBM Certified Solution Advisor – Maximo Asset Management v3 or higher Other
