Klinedinst is seeking an attorney with 2+ years of experience to take depositions, interview witnesses, write motions, and analyze employment law matters involving harassment, discrimination, and retaliation claims. Experience with wage and hour class action and PAGA representative claims is preferred. Candidates must be California licensed with strong academic credentials and a passion for advocacy and creative legal solutions for employers. The employment arena in California is rapidly evolving. Take depositions and interview witnesses Write motions and analyze employment law matters (harassment, discrimination, retaliation) Handle wage and hour class actions and PAGA representative claims (preferred) Structure discovery plans and manage document-intensive cases Take and defend depositions, draft dispositive motions, and prepare for trial Work independently and as part of a team with strong organizational and communication skills Qualifications

California licensed attorney with 2+ years of experience in employment litigation Experience with class action and PAGA is preferred Strong academic credentials and a passion for advocacy Excellent organizational and communication skills; a solid work ethic; ability to work as part of a team Pay range: $125,000 - $195,000 per year (depends on experience) Team player Environment & Benefits
