An established and growing boutique firm is seeking an **Estate Planning, Probate & Tax Attorney (4762) **to join its practice focused on disability law, elder law, guardianship, estate planning, trust & estate administration, and related disputes. This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney with 3–5 years of experience to guide individuals and families through estate planning, probate, trusts, and tax-related issues in a supportive and client-focused environment. An LL.M. in tax is strongly preferred, and candidates must be admitted to practice in Washington State.

What You’ll Do:

• Advise and guide clients on estate planning, probate, trusts, and related tax issues

• Represent individuals, families, and professionals in guardianship, elder law, and disability law matters

• Draft, review, and finalize estate planning and trust administration documents

• Work collaboratively with attorneys and staff while maintaining client service excellence

• Manage case files, deadlines, and client communications with professionalism and efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

• J.D. and active Washington State Bar license (required)

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in estate planning, trusts, and probate

• LL.M. in tax strongly preferred

• Superior communication skills (in person, phone, and email)

• Ability to think critically, remain effective under pressure, and manage multiple tasks

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Collaborative team player with a client service mindset and positive demeanor

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and time/document management software
