Description Senior Claims Manager - Employment Practice Liability (Remote) Candidates residing in Alaska, Washington, Montana, Oregon, California, Texas or New Mexico are encouraged to apply. The Senior Claims Manager- Employment Practice Liability ("EPL") is responsible for managing and mitigating risks associated with employment practices within the organization. This role involves handling EPL claims, including investigation and resolution up to and including trial. This role will also be responsible for providing insight to business partners, including HR, regarding avoidance and mitigation of EPL. Providence caregivers are valued. Responsibilities Manage and mitigate EPL risks, including investigation and resolution up to trial.

Provide guidance to business partners (e.g., HR) on avoidance and mitigation of EPL issues.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive best practices in employment law risk management.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Law, HR or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience

10 or more years in employment law, risk management or insurance related to employment practices

Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree

The base pay range is listed above; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
