Senior Legal Counsel - Navico Group role at Brunswick Corporation. This position primarily provides commercial legal support to Brunswick’s Navico Group division and serves as a trusted business partner to senior Navico Group leadership. Limited travel is expected depending on location. Responsibilities

Provide front-line commercial legal support for Navico Group assigned business units on a global basis Provide legal advice and counsel to a range of stakeholders, including senior leadership, explaining and providing solutions for complex legal, product, and technical matters Collaborate with other Navico Group attorneys to support cross-divisional matters (e.g., sales and regional support) Collaborate with Brunswick and Navico Group attorneys and paralegals in specialty areas including mergers and acquisitions, labor and employment, intellectual property, litigation, and compliance Participate in assigned Navico Group initiatives requiring legal representation Identify opportunities for process improvements in the Navico Group legal support function Effectively manage outside counsel to support initiatives Job Specifications

Required Law Degree/License Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in general commercial law Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced team environment Clear, concise English communication Team player with integrity, initiative, and resilience Intellectual curiosity and flexibility to take on new challenges Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects and prioritize deadlines Ability to work across multiple time zones domestically and internationally Preferred Prior experience in a law firm representing manufacturing or consumer goods, or prior in-house experience in a manufacturing or consumer goods company Experience with global commercial operations Experience in mergers and acquisitions, labor and employment, intellectual property, litigation, and compliance Working knowledge of finance and accounting principles Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated pay range is $129,500 - $219,000 annually. Actual base pay varies by qualifications and location. Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
