The ideal candidate must also have outstanding academic credentials, and exceptional analytic skills and writing ability. Comparable law firm experience with trademark and copyright prosecution and enforcement, as well as ex parte and inter partes proceedings before the TTAB strongly preferred. A passion for counseling clients on intellectual property matters, with a focus on trademarks and copyrights, and for the litigation of intellectual property disputes is essential. The successful candidate is a vigorous advocate who enjoys working in a congenial and technology-savvy atmosphere. Responsibilities
Prosecution and litigation of trademark matters Counsel clients on intellectual property matters, with focus on trademarks and copyrights Litigation of intellectual property disputes Participate in ex parte and inter partes proceedings before TTAB (strongly preferred) Collaborate in a technology-savvy, congenial team environment Qualifications
