Aledade, Inc. We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Salesforce Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable and high-performance Salesforce solutions. This role provides architectural guidance across all Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications built on the Salesforce Platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Salesforce development, integration patterns, data modeling, and system design, enabling alignment of Salesforce capabilities with business objectives. Collaboration with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and third-party partners is essential to optimize the Salesforce platform for performance, security, and scalability. This role requires strong technical acumen and the ability to mentor and guide development teams toward excellence.

Primary Responsibilities

Work directly with the project team and business stakeholders. Track the enterprise portfolio and drive project teams to shape a consistent architecture across the Salesforce platform.

Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications. Define and document architectural designs, build plans, release strategies, roadmaps for current and future states, and resolve technical issues in areas of ownership.

Mentor development teams, provide technical support and quality assurance throughout all project stages, and address technical challenges as they arise. Define and document architectural designs and governance through standards and processes.

Manage integrations with upstream and downstream systems and with third-party services, ensuring compliance with data governance during implementations.

Minimum Qualifications

8+ years of Salesforce Developer/Architect experience

Salesforce Admin, Sr. Admin, Developer, Platform, or Application Architect certifications (Preferred)

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Defines systems architecture and specifications to align with company needs and future growth

Leads planning, evaluation, and selection of tech solutions, tools, and integration methods

Owns leading and solving technical problems when they arise

Guides project teams to design architectures aligned with platforms, roadmaps, and standards

Monitors systems to ensure they meet user needs and business goals

Leads, develops, and implements plans to facilitate and coordinate delivery of technical services and support

Communicates requirements, supports implementation, and resolves technical issues

Provides leadership in the change control process aligned with policies and procedures

Experience with database design concepts, middleware, and user interface development

Experience with 3rd party integrations and AppExchange offerings

Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Force.com IDE, SFDC APIs, SOSL, SOQL, SOAP/REST web services, SQL, XML, JSON, CSS, and JavaScript

Experience with development frameworks and libraries such as Lightning Component Framework, Salesforce Lightning Design System, and jQuery or equivalent

Proficient in Salesforce tools, DevOps practices, and modern development frameworks
