Salary: Starting at $90,000 to DOE. Assigned to the Appellate Unit in the Criminal Law Division of the Idaho Attorney General’s Office. Conduct legal research, prepare briefs, and present oral arguments to the Idaho Supreme Court and the Idaho Court of Appeals in criminal and related cases. Consult on other cases within the Criminal Law Division, review legislation, participate on criminal law committees, or complete related tasks as needed.

Note: Appellate attorneys may be asked to contribute beyond core duties as opportunities arise. Minimum Qualifications

Licensed to practice law in Idaho. Excellent research, writing, and word processing skills. Employment Details
