We are seeking a forward-thinking SAP professional to join our Technical Consulting team. You will collaborate with external clients and internal teams, using strong proficiency in SAP technology to help clients achieve improved outcomes and lasting results. You will bridge business needs and technical solutions, gathering requirements and working with technical teams to design and deliver effective system architecture solutions. This role involves engaging with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and may require regular travel to meet client needs. Key Responsibilities

Interact with business stakeholders to evaluate business models and processes. Analyze newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements. Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions. Strategically design and prototype SAP QM (Quality Management) solutions, leading discussions on functionality to support informed decision-making. Conduct comprehensive system demonstrations to highlight SAP’s standard capabilities, gain stakeholder acceptance, and identify any functional discrepancies or client needs. Interpret and convert local business needs into corresponding system configurations, ensuring SAP setups align with customer objectives. Develop detailed functional specifications to bridge business requirements with SAP capabilities. Interface with developers to translate functional specifications into technical designs. Perform field and value mappings for data conversion efforts. Demonstrate system features and improvements to stakeholders after configuration and development is complete. Provide support and SME input during testing and resolve issues identified during testing. Develop training materials and deliver end-user or “train the trainer” sessions as per training plans. Provide essential post-go-live support to ensure uninterrupted business operations. Exhibit deep technical proficiency and understanding of business processes to contribute to project success. Coordinate across teams on integration points to ensure alignment across system components. Skills and Attributes for Success

To excel, you’ll need a mix of technical and interpersonal skills. Building relationships and effective communication are crucial. You will gather requirements, architect solutions, blueprint, test, document, and design the solution; translate needs into business solutions and complete configurations/integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems. The following skills will make a significant impact: Strong analytical and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in defining and analyzing technology business requirements. Experience in system configuration design and cost-benefit analysis. Ability to manage client relationships and communicate with impact. Qualifications

To qualify for the role, you must have: A bachelor’s degree. Typically 2 - 4 years of relevant experience with SAP ERP, with a focus on Quality Management modules. Strong technical skills in application functional design. Expertise in defining, analyzing, and mapping technology business requirements. Critical thinking and complex problem-solving abilities. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills. Ability and comfort researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies. Flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel estimated at 40-60%. Desirable Qualifications

Prior consulting industry experience or deep functional experience. SAP certification(s). Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of your core module. What We Look For

Comprehensive compensation and benefits based on performance. Base salary ranges: US locations $102,500–$187,900; NYC Metro/Washington/California ranges $122,900–$213,400.
