Construction Project Manager - GG Homes | San Diego, CA GG Homes is seeking an organized and results-driven Construction Project Manager to join our growing team. We are dedicated to excellence and innovation in real estate development, driving transformative projects that shape the future of real estate. This role emphasizes critical thinking, creativity, and leadership by example. Responsibilities
Maintain consistent communication with key stakeholders (listing agents, owners, clients) by providing regular progress reports on project status. Collaborate with the team to create and deliver project deliverables, including project scope, required resources, and estimated budget, ensuring alignment with project objectives. Effectively manage project timelines and budgets, monitor milestones, and oversee financing and design activities on assigned projects. Accurately calculate cost estimates for all project tasks and manage project budgets efficiently. Provide guidance to both internal and external team members to ensure high-quality project execution. Implement and maintain organizational systems for proper maintenance of tools, vehicles, and equipment. Oversee projects across their entire life cycle, attending necessary meetings and conferences as required. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in construction project management or a related field. Strong organizational capabilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient problem-solving abilities to address complex issues effectively. Detail-oriented approach with adeptness in managing project finances. Regularly visit assigned projects to ensure smooth progress. Accountability in estimation and bidding processes. Ensure contractor compliance and accountability. A valid driver’s license, ability to pass a background check, and a drug test are required. Bonus Points
Experience in the real estate industry. Experience with flips, ADUs, and development builds. Compensation
$80,000 Base + Quarterly Bonus Compensation: $80,000 per year
