As a key member of our design team, your responsibilities will be pivotal.

You will manage & lead a team of highly skilled R&D technicians, building prototypes, testing, investigating failures and advising the engineering team on how to improve their design. You will assemble complex mechanical stacks with minimal instruction other than CAD, showcasing your expertise and precision. Utilize GD&T & electric engineering skills to deliver components, ensuring the highest level of precision in our robotics systems. What You\'ll Do

Manage & lead the R&D technicians group Assembly and testing of actuators Read process description instructions and execute accordingly Support R&D with custom test configurations Track record of using hand tools to perform shop operations Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines Thread cutting, insertion of inserts, bushings and bearing What You\'ll Bring

Experience in leading a highly skilled group of technicians Hands on experience, as well as robust understanding of mechanical & electrical products and principles Ability to deliver micron-level tolerance assemblies with little guidance Able and willing to lift 50 lbs. Ability to assemble and test actuators, and complete basic machining of parts Ability to read drawings, interpret metric/imperial tolerances Ability to read electric schematic drawings Familiar with easy lathe or milling operations, CNC programming skills a plus Engineering Bachelor a plus MS Office, G code, Matlab/Python a plus Benefits

Expected Compensation: $96,000 - $144,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including location, knowledge, skills, and experience.
