Owner's Representative/Construction Management Firm is seeking a Structural Inspector. Responsibilities include:
Maintains a strong background in field inspection of structural renovations and industry practices.
Responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and performing specialized field inspections for designated disciplines, as well as related disciplines.
Inspects work at the site(s) for contract and code compliance; proficient with construction management software like E-Builder.
Recommends approvals or rejections of materials and workmanship as appropriate; monitors labor and safety requirements; completes written inspection reports and records of defects and omissions, and performs related activities.
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience.
Associates in Construction Related Field, Trade School or equivalent certification.
Corps of Engineers QCM Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
OSHA 30-hour certification.
