Concrete & Masonry Inspector
Perform detailed inspections of historic and modern architectural renovations. Ensure compliance with contracts, codes, and industry best practices.
You bring:
10+ years in architectural, mechanical, structural or electrical inspection
Associate’s degree, trade school, or equivalent certification (waived with 10 years’ experience)
QCM & OSHA 30 certifications

MEP Inspector
Specialize in inspections across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for complex projects.
You bring:
15+ years in MEP inspection
Advanced field knowledge of construction practices

You bring:
10+ years in elevator inspection
Elevator certification and e-Builder experience
