Controller
search in Dallas, Texas, specifically the Rockwall area. This role is onsite, 5 days a week. Reporting to an exceptional CFO, the Controller will be responsible for all accounting responsibilities of the company and will provide both strategic and tactical leadership to the entire enterprise. The opportunity for the Controller will be to aid in the profitable growth and operating efficiency of the company. They will operate under the direction of the CFO and will strive to improve “close” times, strengthen controls, and manage the accounting and financial reporting responsibilities of the company to ensure a “best in class” environment.
Responsibilities
Lead all accounting responsibilities of the company with strategic and tactical oversight. Aid in profitable growth and operating efficiency of the company. Operate under the direction of the CFO and improve close times. Strengthen internal controls and manage accounting and financial reporting. Aim to establish a best-in-class financial environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or business-related field Manufacturing industry experience is required 5–7 years of accounting experience Willing to work on-site, 5 days in office
