This role focuses on Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions within EY Advisory. Responsibilities
Translating business requirements into technical solutions Assessing the impact of technical decisions on business outcomes Contributing to project delivery and tracking status Engaging with clients and leading workstreams as needed Supporting sales activities and maintaining engagement economics Skills and Attributes for Success

Bachelor\'s degree 2-4 years of relevant experience At least three years of consulting experience Working knowledge of a component of the modern EPM solutions landscape (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle EPM, FCCS, PBCS, EPBCS, ARCS, OneStream, Tagetik) Proven ability to translate business challenges into value-added solutions with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Background in management reporting, long-range planning, strategic planning, capital planning, or implementation consulting Strong analytical and communication skills Willingness to travel to meet client needs (travel expected up to ~80%) Ideally you’ll also have
Degree emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Computer Science, MIS, or IT (preferred) Ability to build and manage relationships Effective communication and trust-building capabilities with clients What We Look For
