This role focuses on Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions within our Advisory Seniors team, guiding clients through forecasting, planning, budgeting and integration with analytical and reporting solutions. Responsibilities

Translating business requirements into technical solutions. Assessing the impact of technical decisions on business outcomes. Contributing to project delivery and tracking status. Engaging with clients and leading workstreams as needed. Supporting sales activities and maintaining engagement economics. Skills and Attributes for Success

Critical thinking and ability to bring order to unstructured problems. Ability to review deliverables for quality, accuracy, and relevance. Experience in building and managing client relationships; strong communication. Experience with Application and Tool Analysis, Cloud Computing Architecture, Data Architecture Design and Modeling, Solution Architecture Design. Relationship management and hybrid collaboration capabilities. Excellent problem-solving, communication and adaptability in client scenarios. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree. 2-4 years of relevant experience; minimum three years’ consulting experience. Working knowledge of modern EPM solutions (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle EPM, FCCS, PBCS, EPBCS, ARCS, OneStream, Tagetik). Proven ability to translate business challenges into value-add solutions; strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Background in management reporting, long-range planning, strategic planning, capital planning, or implementation consulting. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel estimated at 80%. Preferred/Additional

Degree emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Computer Science, MIS, or IT preferred. Strong ability to build and manage relationships; effective communication; trust-building with clients. What We Look For
