Position description

The Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering (CBE) at the University of California, Berkeley, seeks applications for a tenure-track position at the assistant professor level. The Department consistently ranks among the top research and teaching programs in the country and continues to be at the forefront in emerging areas of chemical and biomolecular engineering and technology. Creative and energetic individuals who show extraordinary promise or accomplishment in any research area within chemical and biomolecular engineering will be considered. The person offered a position on our faculty would have an opportunity to interact with a variety of colleagues in CBE, who value and welcome inclusive collaboration. Qualifications

Basic qualifications

(required at time of application) PhD (or equivalent international degree), or enrolled in a PhD or equivalent international degree-granting program at the time of application. Preferred qualifications PhD or equivalent international degree in chemical engineering or a related field.
