We’re currently seeking a qualified CFP with a track record of success to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has experience building long-term client relationships and possesses excellent analytical and interpersonal skills in addition to financial knowledge. We are also interested in mergers and acquisitions with like-minded professionals looking for scalable resources and lead generation support to further propel their growth. Our entrepreneurial environment is ideal for self-starters who excel in a fast-paced setting. The candidate must be well versed in: Retirement Planning Tax Planning Investments Job Summary: Wealth advisors work alongside our team to create and deliver financial plans and investment proposals to clients and prospects. Relevant work experience should include analyzing the needs and goals of individuals, developing appropriate recommendations, and maintaining and enhancing ongoing client relationships. Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients and colleagues to gather data, determine financial goals and develop comprehensive financial plans Analyze complex financial situations and determine strategies for meeting clients' financial objectives Review clients' assets, liabilities and overall financial conditions to determine whether life changes, economic changes or financial performance indicate a need for plan reassessment Qualifications: CFP Designation (or currently near completion) Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field such as finance or business Demonstrates analytical, interpersonal, written, and verbal skills Ability to articulate complex personal finance, investment, insurance, tax, and estate planning topics in laymen terms What we offer you: Collaborative culture in a positive work environment Generous compensation package and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with employer match Seniority level
