What does a Client Commercial Finance Director do at Hogarth? The Client Commercial Finance Director is responsible for all client financial operations for the New York office. Reporting to the Sr Director of Commercial, you will partner with the Finance Director to manage the P&L, budget, and forecasting processes, while being solely responsible for client financial management. This includes collaborating with internal partners on the bid and estimate process, rate card development, billing, and reconciliation. The role may or may not include staff management responsibilities. Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth by leading new initiatives from planning through implementation. Partner with account teams and clients in the development, review, and management of SOWs and fee structures. Ensure all stakeholders follow proper, documented processes for work development, bidding and estimating, fee approvals, billings, and reconciliations. Develop and maintain rate cards in accordance with industry standards, agency protocol, and market conditions. Review and create consistent working templates, including rate cards, WIP reports, estimating templates, and work orders. Analyze staff utilization, revenue forecasts, and actuals to ensure profitability. Continuously review financial processes to enhance profitability and improve effectiveness. Ensure timely and consistent completion of billing. Participate in monthly account reviews as a member of the core account leadership team. Ensure contractual compliance on all financial matters. Manage relationships with clients, agency partners, and Hogarth offices. Oversee and resolve financial issues, including WIP and accounts receivable. Collaborate with the Finance team on monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting. Advise internal agency partners and Hogarth offices on best practices regarding US financial management. Contribute to Hogarth Worldwide NY office culture by exhibiting ownership, professionalism, and leadership. Qualifications

7+ years of experience in a commercial or financial role. Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance; MBA preferred. Extensive experience in Client Services, preferably in media or advertising. Expertise in Client Finance and financial management. Results-driven with strong client relationship skills. Ability to interact with Senior/Executive Management of the agency and client. Strong leadership skills with the ability to hire, retain, and develop staff. Strong written and oral communication skills. Extensive analytical, financial modeling, and budget planning experience; pricing experience preferred. Confident presenter with strong communication skills, comfortable working with all levels of management. Proactive and results-driven problem solver. A team player attitude. Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package. Pay range: $75,000 – $180,000. Company Values
