The Role
Cerebral is seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Manager with expertise in direct mail, affiliates, and paid media operations. You will develop and execute strategies to驱 drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across channels, with a primary focus on direct mail campaigns, affiliate partnerships, and paid media operations. A strong background in growth marketing, data analytics, and a proven track record of delivering measurable results is required. Who you are
6+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or growth marketing. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred. Proven experience as a Growth Marketer, Marketing Manager, or similar role, with strong knowledge of direct mail, affiliates, and paid media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads). Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Looker and marketing automation platforms. Experience with marketing technologies and data integration, including Segment. Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on driving measurable growth and ROI. Growth Strategy:
Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition while maintaining efficient CAC. Affiliate & Partnerships:
Identify, onboard, and manage affiliate partners to expand brand reach and drive traffic and sales. Agency & Vendor Management:
Manage day-to-day relationships with agencies and vendors, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment with business goals. Paid Media:
Oversee paid media operations and activations, including SEM, display, social, CTV, and programmatic advertising. Creative Development:
Collaborate with brand, analytics, and product teams to develop marketing assets and go-to-market campaigns. Conversion Rate Optimization:
Develop landing pages and work with product to optimize user experience and conversion paths. Measurement:
Monitor KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance. Data & Tech:
Partner with internal data and tech teams and external agencies to implement data strategies and marketing technologies. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with brand, analytics, product, tech, legal and compliance to execute integrated campaigns. Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
Stay up-to-date with trends and competition to identify opportunities and inform strategies. What we offer

The national base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $135,000 USD. Total compensation may include an annual performance bonus and equity/stock options.
