Botanix is an ASX-listed dermatology company based in Philadelphia and Phoenix. The Company recently launched its first product, Sofdra (sofpironium) topical gel, 12.45%, which received FDA approval in June 2024. Sofdra is the first and only new chemical entity approved for treatment of primary axillary hyperhidrosis. Hyperhidrosis is the third largest dermatology condition, affecting more than 16 million people in the U.S. The broader clinical pipeline targets unmet needs in dermatology. Botanix has attracted a world-class management team actively evolving the pharmaceutical model to optimize patient access for Sofdra and future products. Territory Manager – Responsibilities
Promote Botanix’s product(s) by executing targeted commercial strategies to achieve market development, managed care pull-through, and objectives Collaborate with customers and Botanix stakeholders to ensure exceptional follow-through and patient access Execute marketing strategies and leverage resources to maximize impact Influence customers within assigned geography and accounts to support use of Botanix’s product(s) in indicated disease states Develop and implement strategic business plans addressing market needs Build customer loyalty by cultivating relationships with key stakeholders Understand the patient journey to support customer understanding and patient experience Understand local reimbursement and payor environment; educate customers on patient support services to ensure access Work with teammates to gather and share market data, customer feedback, and competitive insights Act compliantly with company and industry guidelines Participate in sales trainings and meetings Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university 1-3 years pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience; medical dermatology experience preferred Experience educating and assisting office staff with patient access to products including prior authorization Proven track record of exceeding sales goals Understanding of account management and driving prescriptions with strong follow-through for patient access Previous product launch experience preferred Adaptability to changing distribution and fulfillment environments Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel; may require some evenings and weekends CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
