Overview

Territory Manager - Indianapolis at Mix Talent. Botanix is expanding its dermatology sales team to support the launch of Sofdra (sofpironium) topical gel. The Territory Manager will promote Botanix products and execute targeted commercial strategies to achieve objectives and support patient access. Responsibilities

Execute marketing strategies and leverage resources to maximize impact and achieve objectives Influence customers within assigned geography to support use of Botanix products by applying clinical knowledge, selling skills, and business acumen Develop and implement strategic business plans addressing market needs to enhance results Build customer loyalty by identifying and cultivating relationships with key stakeholders Develop understanding of the patient journey to support customer understanding and patient experience Understand local reimbursement and payor environment; educate customers on patient support information and services Collaborate with teammates and internal teams; provide updates on market data, customer feedback, and competitive insights Act compliantly with all company and industry guidelines Participate in sales training and meetings Qualifications

Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited college or university 1-3 years pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience; medical dermatology experience preferred Experience educating and assisting office staff with patient access to products, including prior authorization Proven track record of exceeding sales goals Understanding of account management and driving prescriptions with strong follow-through for patient access Previous product launch experience preferred Ability to adapt to changing environments in distribution and fulfillment of prescription products Valid drivers license; willingness to travel; may require evenings/weekends CRM and Microsoft 365 proficiency (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs Core competencies: performance-driven, resilience, self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset, business acumen, account-based selling, communication, planning, learning agility, adaptability About Botanix
